Karl Johnson
Karl is the Firm's managing Director. He has 48 years public accounting experience, including years as a tax partner in the Houston office of KPMG. Strategic tax planning & business valuation for minimizing estate and gift tax are his expertise.
Licensed to practice public accounting in both Texas and Florida, Karl has been a member of the American Institute of CPAs since 1977. He also holds memberships in the AICPA Tax Section, the AICPA Forensic and Valuation Services Section, and Florida Institute of CPAs.
Lisa Johnson
Lisa is the Firm's client communications co-ordinator. Among her many responsibilities, she handles client invoicing and collections. She and Karl have been married 27 years.
Lisa has over 35 years experience in client service.
